My recommendation is based on other factors that took place "below the roof". First, you personally took care of our leak problem by making temporary repairs to hold us over until the roof was replaced. Your office called to give us a heads up before the job started. Next, your man that delivered the materials was friendly and considerate. The man that delivered the dumpster was also professional and friendly as well. Your crew arrived at the same time and went to work with a focus. They were friendly and respectful of our property. Your foreman explained what was to take place and then moved with dispatch. Your employees even removed and replaced our flag on the house siding. Your crew cleaned up quickly and left our surrounding yard in better condition than when they arrived. These are intangibles that are never part of contract but are part of a quality company.

By appearances, the roof looks great and is improved by your upgrades. Thank you for a professional job done by a competent crew and support personnel.
